Odd Future (Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All) is a hip-hop group based in Las Angeles. The group is composed of Tyler the Creator, Hodgy Beats, Earl Sweatshirt, Domo Genesis, Mike G, Frank Ocean, Left Brain, The Super 3, Syd tha Kyd, Jasper Loc, and Taco Bennett.
I was first introduced to this super group by a friend named Vontae. They are talented, witty, daring, versatile, hilarious, unsettling, entertaining and RAW!!!! this group kinda reminds me of a modern day N.W.A. and Wu-tang hybrid. Odd Future members sling crazy lyrics over hard hitting bass and synthesizer induced beats. I've heard all of their tapes and solo albums and I have really enjoyed them. These kids have fun doing what they're doing and this is definitely seen throughout there music. One word of caution: this is NOT your parent's rap group. Odd Future does not shy away from painting vivid images of crime, sex, rape, murder, and drug usage. Odd Future has NO limits!!!! But then again what self respecting teenager would? These kids say the things that most people wouldn't even dare thinking.
